Remove the 3x5 from the Memory Mate you received from the league.
Locate the alphanumeric passcode after the underscore on the back of the 3x5 photo for your player.
Click the image above or on the “Leagues” tab at the top of this page, and search for your player’s league.
After selecting the league you will be redirected to a secure external site, once you enter your personalized code you will be able to view a private gallery containing only your player’s photos.
Select your package, enter your details and the order will be shipped directly to you by our partner photo lab.
